products not getting uploaded to google merchant

    we have installed the plugin ..gave all the permissions via developer console
    when we checked the feed it says that the products are published but when we checked in the merchant account they are not displaying at all

    Hi, are you referring to Google Auto-sync?

    If so, then here are the steps to follow:

    1. Generate the product feed for Google accurately. Follow our docs and use this guide to make sure you generated an accurate feed.
    2. Set up the process for your website. Here’s the guide.
    3. Finally, edit the feed you generated. You will get option to Send to Google just below the Feed link or Download button. Set the schedule and click on the button to Send to Google.

    Now, the feed will be sent to Google, but it will take upto a few hours to process before getting a report on the products and if approved, they will be live on Shopping Ads.
