    Anybody else have trouble with their products not showing up on the main shop page on mobile and other browsers?

    All the products show up when I’m on Chrome, but they don’t when I’m on Mozilla or Microsoft Edge or any browser on my phone. You need to refresh the page and then the products show up one by one.

    I’ve tried the “save changes on your permalinks page” suggestion but it doesn’t work.

  • Do you have any cache plugins? Browser console on Mozilla/Edge shows any errors?

    Hello. No cache plugins. Should I have one? If so, what would you recommend? No issues showing on console for either browser.

    I checked it on Iphone/Safari and here is how it looked

    Thank you for taking a peek at the site, Praveen. I’ve made a few changes to it and I’m not sure yet if the issue has really been resolved (sometimes the error comes and goes seemingly in random).

    The changes: I found that I had 2 Woocommerce plugins running that determines the price of the products based on country and deleted one of them. That was probably what was causing the display error, but I’m still giving it time just to make sure it really has been fixed. I also installed a cache plugin (Autoptimize), I’m not sure if that helps anything.

    I’m guessing I just made a newbie mistake somewhere coz I pretty much built the site out of tips I find on forums like this. Any help I can get is therefore very much appreciated ??

    Shop got messed up again without me doing anything to it. I just left it alone to see if the problem would come back on its own like it always does. I guess it wasn’t the plug in error I mentioned earlier. Here’s how it looks on the first try of loading the page:

    After you keep trying to reload/refresh the page, the products appear one by one. And when you reach the maximum number of products in there, it remains fixed for a couple of days until it seemingly “feels” like it wants to get messed up again. It’s broken on all other browsers (even on my phone) except on desktop Chrome where I access the dashboard.

    Calling this one resolved.

    The fix: I deleted all the “price based on country” Woocommerce plugins and left just 2 plugins in there—”product per page” and the “menu cart” plug in. The products are displaying properly now on all browsers (including mobile browsers). At least until the 2 other plug ins I left in there decide to start acting up too…
