products not display on mobile view

    The plugin is excellent, I love it. I tried to display products category-wise in the tabs. All good in laptop view but on tablet and on mobile, it’s loading, no data.
    I already set all views in the backend so that won’t be an issue.
    I tried to inspect and saw the div –
    data-wcpt-query-string=”?19_device=laptop”, I think it should be phone.

    – v1.9.0 of WCPT Lite has some issue with accordion and tabs in some cases, especially in responsive view. This is fixed to quite a degree in the upcoming v2.1.0 so that such cases will become rarer (it will be out soon). Gradually the plugin will be made compatible with all popular tab systems.

    i am struggeling with the same issue. I can either show the table on tablet or on mobile. But not both. i wrote you an email already. Could you please help me with this?

    @fitnessfamilie thank you for writing in with your query over email earlier today. To avoid confusion to other users, I will respond here as well. The issue you are facing is very different from the issue mentioned by OP in this thread. I can see in the markup on your site that you have a missing closing ‘b’ tag which is breaking the plugin markup. Once you have located and fixed the HTML issue at your end, the problem you are facing with the table will stop as well. This is not something that is at fault in the plugin, nor can it be corrected via the plugin. You will have to look into your site markup and of course I will be happy to assist you further.
