Products not being saved in wishlist

  • Hi there, we’re having an issue with the YITH Wishlist plugin. When adding a product to the wishlist, it is not recording this and saving it in the wishlist. We heart the product on the product cards AND the product pages, which says “added to favorites” but then when we go to “Browse favorites”, none are saved.

    Hi there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    I just added that product to the wishlist, but it is configured to remove the item after adding it and not show the link to the wishlist, so I can’t review it since I don’t know the URL nor do you have any link in your header.

    Could you check it, please?

    Apologies, that’s another one of the problems I’m having with the plugin. We haven’t put it in the header because it doesn’t work so we’ve been troubleshooting but I should have posted the link to that! It is on the https://cryomate.com/wishlist/ page.

    It worked yesterday and everything looked how it was suppose to and then I went to bed and woke up and it wasn’t working, looking how it should, OR saving any of the favorites.

    Does this happen to you with registered and/or unregistered users? In my case I am not registered on your site.

    Do you have any caching plugin or optimizer on your site?
