Products not appearing in admin/frontend but in database

Can you please try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools taband select these options:

• Clear WooCommerce transients (clear Shop/ Product page Cache)
• Clear expired transients (Clear all expired transients from WordPress)

Then, check again if the products can be found or added again.

If the issue persist, to get a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for the suggestion, however after attempting this I’m still unable to see or create a product with the SKU. The System report is below:

As a first step, you will want to update WooCommerce, be sure to update your WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/, and the database under WooCommerce > status > tools > update database. And also in the same section do a click over Verify database.

Then be sure to run a conflict test, you can follow these steps:

• Clear the site cache, https://wordpress.com/support/clear-your-sites-cache/
• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Verify if the product is visible

If the issue is not present at this point, it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one (and check again each time after each reactivation) until you find the cause of the issue, You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
