Products not added to “My Quote” page

Hello, I am having an issue with the “My Quote” for my website. On my computer, when I add an item to the quote, it shows added but when I browse the list or go to “My Quote” – it is not visible there.(It is empty)

Things I have tried that did not work:
1) Disabled all plugins (one after the other), installed and activated them all.
2) Flushed Cache.
3) Re-installed WordPress and did all the customization.
