    Hi
i quite like the plugin, but have an issue with the products moving to the left when filtering, they then move into the filter / sidebar area etc, until refreshing the page and then all lines back up again.
Tried this on 2 different wordpress and 4 or 5 different themes, but the same happens,
any ideas what could be causing it ?

Also any news on the reset button, as it really needs one and is putting me off slightly buying the paid for plugin etc, along with the moving around.
Any help appreciated, on both issues.

    thanks alot

    Hi,

Please provide your site url, because we can’t understand what mean products moving to the left.

Paid version of plugin has widget with Selected filters and reset button, but has not only reset button.

    Hi,
    thanks for the quick reply,

My site is under construction so would probably be easier to send some snapshots.

I re-tried the plugin again and the problem is very similar on Woos Storefront, but on that theme all the products move downwards instead.

I.e everytime a filter is pressed all the products and there whole containers etc all move down approximately 30 or 50px and the same again when another filter is pressed again.
On other themes they move sideways, and into the sidebar 30-50px each time another filter is pressed, and by the time a few filters have been pressed all products can be covering the sidebar,
until the page is re-freshed and all the products go back to how they should away from the side bar and perfectly inline again.

Twenty /twenty was the only theme that i tried that worked ok and there was no issue.

I’ve tried quite a few different product filters and this is the only one to do it, but this one has the correct filter action and is easy for users etc.

Also please can you confirm the paid for version does have a reset etc as i couldn’t see it on the paid for demo.
If you can leave an email or way to contact i can some snapshots and will be easier to see whats happening.

    thanks very much.

    Hi,

This seems like some plugin or your theme adds some additional block to product container or any other container that this plugin replace after filtering.

You can check it with any browser web inspector tool and add JavaScript code in plugin settings to remove it.

We will add reset button to the paid version in next plugin release, but we have area where displayed filters that already selected and button to unselect all filters.

We don’t provide private support for free version of plugin, if you want to give us some more info, then please send it to this thread.

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hi
    thanks for the reply again,
the Java script stuff sounds too complicated for now as only been using wordpress 3 months or so,
i’ve actually found another that also had a different problem, but has mysteriously decided to start working and has the reset.
I’ll still look out for your next version with the reset as not sure how reliable this other is ?

Apologies if there was some misunderstanding about support, i wasn’t really after that, just wished to send some snapshots as there is no option on here.

    Regards

    Hi,

We have updated the paid version of the plugin and add a reset button.

We cannot provide any support with snapshots only.

    Oleg
