• Hello,

We created cache for every pages in our sitemap, and when we are crawling in our site every pages have cache. But recently i noticed that there is problem with woocommerce product cashes when user click on our site in google serp.

when user wants to see our products from serp cashe will missing and litespeed create new cache for this product.

for example product page cache created on 20:36, when we open this product page from google serp there is no cache created on 20:36, page cache is missing and create new cache for example on 20:45.

is there anything wrong with litespeed or its my website?

@zrpr first thing that comes in mind is: enable this setting https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#drop-query-string Drop Query String.

If this do not work, we can investigate further

I don’t see any vary or similar thing in the log , what happens if you check same page twice or thrice consecutively ?

    Thread Starter zrpr

    (@zrpr)

    We have scenario A:
I purge the cache then using crawler to create new cache for guest mode and we have this output:
    https://uploadkon.ir/uploads/4eb913_25litespeed1.png
then we open google.com and search for example site:imadora.ir ??????.
and we click on product pages.
the result of that pages is Cache: Missing.
Litespeed created cache now open same pages from other sources like torob.com we have the cache.

    Scenario B:
    lets open imadora.ir direct.
Cache hits. lets open more pages like products >>> result: Cache Hit.

we want when visitors as non logged in users open our website for first time non directly see a cached page to serve low lcp time and etc….

i dont know why litespeed doesnt work.

by any chance , do you have any plugin for SEO that captures the data from URL like redirected by search engine ? if that so , could you please try temporarily disable it and see how it goes
