    I have certain products that I’ve marked as “Visibility: Hidden”, but they still show up in the main Catalog view.

    I’ve added the plugin to restrict viewing to certain roles, but even with that set on these items, they still show up even when I’m not logged in.

    Stranger still, when I go to 4wdabc.ca/shop, I can see two of the four there on the front page. When I switch to another page and then back to the first page, I then see all four. If I refresh, I again only see two.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you have set product visibility to “Hidden” for certain products, however, these are still being displayed on your site, is this correct?

    I am unable to reproduce this issue on my testing site, which uses the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, as products which are marked as hidden, are not being displayed on my site.

    Typically, this is caused by something conflicting with WooCommerce. To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

    If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Should the issue persists, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Ah sorry, other stuff has been filling my time. I bumped your message to my web designer to look into it but he hasn’t picked up yet.

    I have a staging site set up for someone else doing some troubleshooting, so I don’t want to mess with that, but I’ll try that once they’re done.
