I have urgent problems with my products, I currently have 525 products published in French and 525 English translations of these products
Only Woocommerce (see screenshot) shows me 1,106 published products and 1050 in all languages
    image.png

Same when I go to category: I see 104 products in my category “Apartments & Shared Rentals in Marseille” (see second screenshot) and only 48 displayed when I select it.
Impossible to find them: in woocommerce multilingual, in exports….

    categorie difference produits introuvables.png

And I think this is causing my problem to issue and breaking my layout.
Because these 56 unobtainable products may be duplicates of existing ones which serve as upsells to display the products on my general product sheet.

Quickly how my site works with woocommerce to better understand:
    – Theme and constructor: hello elementor?+?elementor
    – I have products that are updated via a plugin connected to my CRM (updating and sending data is done well)
    – I have products that are “generic” products (example:?https://www.thecolivers.com/marseille/studio-fabrici-timone/) and other productswhich only serve as upsells of these generic product sheets (they are not indexed or accessible to visitors) just displayed on the generic product sheet as upsells via a module elementor Product grid which has the query upsells.
    – These upsells serve as by-products to preserve a room for example: Studio Fabrici is the general one (does not exist for real) and Studio Fabrici 139 is a real room which is rentable.

    Hello anayslauby,

    Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support.

From what you’ve shared, I wasn’t able to view the screenshots as they’re currently not loading. If you want to upload screenshots again, you might want to use https://snipboard.io. It makes sharing screenshots quick and convenient.

Could you tell me which category is showing 104 products but only displaying 48? When checking the “Marseille” category on your website at https://www.thecolivers.com/en/marseille/, I could only see 41 products.

To further assist, it’d be very helpful if I could review your site’s System Status Report. Here’s how you can get it:

    Go to your WordPress Dashboard.

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    2. Click on “Get system report” then “Copy for support”.
After copying the report, you can place it into https://gist.github.com and provide the Gist link in your response here.

I’m looking forward to your reply to diagnose the situation further. ??

    Hi Zubair,

    Thanks for your answer,

    Here are the screenshots again

The Category is in french and is Appartements meublés à Marseille ( https://www.thecolivers.com/marseille/)

Normally in this category I have 48 products, 7 products are hidden because we don’t want to display them online yet. So 41 products are online on frontend. However, on my backend I have 104 products and not only 48 but I can’t find them to delete them.

And generally speaking, I have 1,050 products online, and yet in the back 1106 products are published…
And I think that these 56 products are duplicates of other products (used as upsells from other produtcs) which are causing a display problem on my linked products

You can find our systems status report here : https://gist.github.com/anaysmary/2b423bb85db6a1c91854b04ba78c556a

    Thanks ??

    Hi @anayslauby

Thank you for sharing more details. I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with this issue.

After reviewing your system report, I did not find any obvious error or incompatibility that could cause this problem.

However, it is possible that you have products that are duplicated in your database, but not visible on your frontend. This can happen for various reasons, such as importing products from another source, creating variations, or using plugins that create copies of products.

There are several ways to remove duplicate products from your WooCommerce store, depending on how many products you have. Here are some possible solutions:

    • You can delete the duplicate products manually from your Products page. You can sort your products by name or SKU to find the duplicates, and move them to the trash. Don’t forget to empty your trash after deleting the products.
    • You can also use a plugin to help you delete duplicate products. We recommend using either WP All Import or WPML All Import, which allow you to easily import and export your products, and find and remove duplicate products.

Please note that deleting duplicate products may affect your linked products, such as upsells and cross-sells. You may need to update your linked products after deleting the duplicates.

I hope this helps you resolve your issue. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

But they’re not visible at all in WOO Backend too… Have you seen the captures?

Whether in exports, in woocommerce multilingual, in products… These 56 products are nowhere to be found! Just displayed in the submenu categories as 104 products and when I filter this category do the products one by one there are only 48…. ??

    Hey, @anayslauby!

It is possible those products are set to draft but for some reason the drafts are not showing.

Can you check if these products are under the Draft status by adding this path to your site URL?/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=product??

Another thing you can do is try to look into the database and search post_type=product in posts to see if the missing products show.

Please let us know if you find them.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi Carolm29

I haven’t found anything with either solution 1 or 2

In my database there are no products with the post_status draft…. Only elementor templates in boruillon

    Incomprehensible

Thank you in advance for your help

    Hi there @anayslauby ??

I’d like to zoom out for a moment, and take it from the top.

With having over a thousand products currently, two possibilities come to mind:

    • They were added over time
    • They were added in bulk, via the CRM connection/plugin

If the first possibility is true, when did you first notice this? Now, or in the past also?

    If the second is true:

    • When did you first notice this?
    • What is the product count in the CRM side of things? Do numbers match?
    • Did you already have a chance to test with all other plugins deactivated, except WooCommerce alone, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

Once I hear back from you, I will be happy to investigate this further.

    Regards,

    Hey @anayslauby!

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions.
