Hmmm… First, please make sure that the products have their Catalog Visibility and Visibility set to Shop and search Results and Public respectively: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#setting-catalog-visibility-options-and-feature-status
If that is done and you are still experiencing issues, can you please send us a System Status Report so that we have a better idea of your environment?
You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it in your reply.

In order for us to get a better understanding of the issue, kindly activate logging, then try syncing your catalog manually. This should generate a log file with some details on each product, the status of the sync, etc.

Here’s a simple guide on how to achieve this:

1. Head to Marketing > Facebook.
2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
3. To trigger the generation of the log file either republish the product, change its status to Sync and Show or manually sync all products. To do this, go to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync.
4. Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
6. Copy and paste the log into gist.github.com/ and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply.
