You can’t add a post block to columns, posts blocks can only go above or below columns and this includes any post type such as products etc.
As a workaround, you could add image blocks, text blocks and a button block to each respective column and “manually” add the product. But this may not be practical depending on the exact use case.
Is there a way to just have the title and product image?
Not at this moment in time, though we are always listening to what users want and this has come up a few times so is already in our feedback loop board. ??
