    Have around 1.2K products in the CSV file generated by your plugin – but there are random products (no real order to it) that appear in the CSV file but NOT in Facebook. They’re not in the disapproved or rejected lists either – just not there at all. Facebook also always says it’s syncing, 24/7. Not sure if it’s timing out or what – but about 30% of my products aren’t making it through. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    With version 2.x of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, your plugins should be syncing using the Facebook API. With this system, the feed file is no longer needed to sync your products, either initially or when edited, and you should be able to remove that feed source.

    Would you please tell me a little bit more about your setup? Have you updated to the latest version (2.0.5), or are you using version 1.x of the plugin?
