This could be due to several reasons. One possibility is that the image size is not being correctly generated when the image is uploaded.

To further investigate this issue, I would suggest checking your WordPress and server error logs for any related errors. Also, try regenerating your thumbnails using a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails or WooCommerce’s built-in thumbnail generator at WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate shop thumbnails.

Also, make sure to flush permalink settings by going to General > Permalinks > Click on Saving without changing anything.

If the issue still persists, please provide us with the system status report, which can be found under?WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

im using the highest plan of hostinger, so if i click on < regenerating thumbnail > i have 27k items and this will affect on my storage, and my storage is already full. so i will provide you the system report.

Hi there,

I’ve just had a look at the you share and it looks like the source image on which all the size size derivations are based, is no longer available. This could be because:

The file name changed
The source image was deleted somehow

Here’s an illustration of what I’m seeing:

To explain a little bit more in detail: In WordPress, the store owner would upload an for the product. This image will then be resized automatically based on the dimensions specified (usually by the theme). This is where those 100x100, 150x150 and 250x250 parts are coming from. Now, if the source image has been deleted it likely means that resized images have also been deleted. Another option is also that the images have been renamed somehow and the new versions need to be attached to the product once more.

It’s worth noting that the core WooCommerce plugin doesn’t have any code to delete / rename these image automatically / by itself.

It seems like the issue might be related to the generated thumbnail sizes that have been deleted or are missing. As you’ve mentioned, the main images seem to be intact.

To resolve this, you could try the following steps:

Since you’ve mentioned that your storage is full, you might need to clear some space first. You could consider deleting any unnecessary files or upgrading your hosting plan to accommodate the large number of products you have.
Once you have enough storage, you can regenerate the thumbnails. You can do this by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate shop thumbnails. Please note that this process may take some time due to the many products.
If regenerating thumbnails does not resolve the issue, you might need to re-upload the images. If you have a backup of your images, you can use a CSV Import suite to upload the images again in bulk.
