    Hi..Some of our products are not getting synced with the Google Merchant Center Account.

    I tried visiting “example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page” and following issue popped up : “Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.”

    As a first step, please ensure that you’ve followed the instructions on this support documentation to run the Google Listings & Ads extension smoothly.

    If so, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    This error is related to the product image name.

    To address this issue, I recommend following these steps:

    • Rename the product image on your computer: Make sure to use a naming convention that includes only latin characters and avoids any non-English characters or special characters. A good naming convention could be something like “productname-description”. This will ensure that the image file name is compatible with Google and prevents any syncing issues

    I understand that this may seem like a small change, but it is important because Google has specific requirements for the data it syncs from your WooCommerce store. Non-latin characters or special characters may not be recognized by Google, resulting in syncing issues.

    It appears there is a plugin with overlapping functionality active currently. Per the site’s System Status Report (SSR): CTX Feed: by WebAppick – 6.3.7

    I’d recommend going ahead with:

    • Temporarily deactivating that plugin, and
    • Follow-up on the suggested action(s), as showcased in the screenshot shared

    Hi Pepe,

    Unfortunately, I cannot disable CTX Feed: by WebAppick – 6.3.7.

    We have installed it to generate Product Review Feed URL for Merchant Center Account. If you can guide us on how to generate “Product Review Feed” with Google Listing and Ads Plugin, then i can get rid of the CTX Feed plugin. or else, please suggest a suitable way to implement both.

    Hi Pepe, we have deactivated the plugin CTX Feed as per the request and tried syncing all products in ?“example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page” and following issue popped up again : “Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration”

    Could you please help us with it?
