    Hello

    After latest update products don’t show up properly like before. All columns have been resetted to standard and don’t want to save any change in the columns. Even product information like stock etc. show just “null”. I’ve tried to disable all plugins except Smart manager and Woocommerce, but nothing changed. Please see the screenshot below!

    @roterooutlet,

    As checked in the screenshot, we can see some of the meta columns that are not rendering the data. Could you please try to disable the same columns like SKU, Regular Price, Sale Price, Stock, etc., and enable and then check? Click here for further reference on how to show/hide columns.

    If still the issue persists then please try to create a new test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and let us know your views.

    Also, as the issue seems specific to your site could you please contact us here and share the temporary login link for your site to speed up the investigation process?

    Here’s a secure way for you to give us administration access to your site:

    • Please go to your site’s WordPress Admin, install and activate the free WordPress plugin – Temporary Login Without Password (the plugin is developed by our own team, and used by top plugin developers like Yoast and others).
    • From that plugin, create a new temporary login link with administrator access, and one-month validity. We just need the temporary login link, you can use any of your own email addresses as the account email address.
    • Share the secure login link in the same email.
    • Please also share steps to reproduce the issue in as much detail as you can.

    Once this is done, we will access the site and diagnose the problem.

    If for some reason you can not grant access to your live site, another option is for you to set up a staging site, replicate the problem there, and provide access to that.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have tried you suggestion with disabling all the meta fields and then activating them one by one. It actually worked, but I found out that the problem is caused by a specific meta field which belong to another plugin.
    Any idea to fix this field?

    @roterooutlet,

    That’s great. Thanks for the update.

    Could you please edit the value for the same field for any one of the products using ‘WooCommerce > Product’ and then check if that resolves the Smart Manager column issue?

    Also, could you please let us know which custom field and custom plugin you are using and facing issues with when managing in Smart Manager, so can help you in a better way?

    Hello,

    I have tried to edit it on a product, which didn’t help.
    It’s custom field for brands from plugin “Perfect Brands for Woocommerce”.
    Your help is very appreciated. Thanks a lot
