  • Hi @newfoundlandfamilytree,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with products not displaying in your shop page as expected.

There could be a few reasons why this is happening. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:

    1. Check your WooCommerce settings and ensure that the ‘Shop’ page is set correctly. You can do this by heading over to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page. Be sure to select the correct page that has your products, in your case, select Shop.
    2. It could also be an issue with your permalinks. Please be sure to have the correct link in your menu and permalinks. You can refresh the permalinks by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save without making any changes

Try these steps and let us know how it goes.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi @newfoundlandfamilytree

Sorry you are having issues with your shop page.

This could be an issue with the theme templates. Could you try to switch to another theme, like Twenty Twenty Four, and see if your shop page works with it?

It would be useful if you could share some screenshots from your admin, like the Products page and the Edit page for one of the products. You could use https://snipboard.io to upload your screenshot.

Hope it helps! Thanks so much!

For the info of everybody trying to help me I think that I have figured out why its happening. I am using a hosting company called BLUEHOST which is great for wordpress. They recently started AI tools which is also great. You answer a couple questions and it makes a webpage for you that saves you an hour or two of customizing (And compensates for my utter lack of design skills). However, when I use their AI to create the website it wont link the products to the sale page and there is nothing that I can do to make it link. If I install wordpress and WooCommerce manually from their back end (A very easy job that takes no more than a couple minutes with Bluehosts very user-friendly back end) it works fine as normal. I am sure the issue is a short term teething issue given how good they are with other stuff wordpress and woocommerce related.
