Products do not upload to TikTok shop

My website has over 2000 products.

After installing this plugin it says 26 Products available, 10 Products pending, 127 Products disapproved’

I have no idea what Pending means and several hours later there is no change.

When I click the ‘Manage’ link beside those disapproved it shows me a list of products that all say ‘Product packaging size is invalid’ but on checking the dimensions in Shipping they are set correctly at 35x25x2.5cm

I am not sure why it only uploaded certain products and not all my products. Worse still, when I actually check the shop in TikTok Seller Central it reports about 70 products available – but many of these are ‘hidden’ on my woocommerce store (I have no stock and not sure if I can get more but do not want to delete yet) so should not really have been uploaded in the first place. But why here does it say 70+ products, but in the plugin it says only 26 available?
