Products display issue

  • Hi there, This plugin is working well with my shop product page, https://www.easyfixmobile.com/shop – Unfortunately when i try enter the short code for the products it displays i think beaver builder product page https://www.easyfixmobile.com/gen

    The product colours are changed and rows or modules. Does anyone know how i would display the products page with short code rather than the beaver builders products page?

    Any help would be awesome.

    If you temporarily deactivate the Beaver Builder plugin, do the products display correctly? If they do, I recommend reaching out to the Beaver Builder plugin author to ask them how to fix the display when the plugin is activated.

    Please let me know what happens during this test.

    Hello Susan,

    I have tried to deactivate the plugins, unfortunately the same problem occurs, the file is somehow overiding the shop page i think? It must copy across to the same php file, so simply deactivating the plugin does not help. I think disabling the actual file in file manager may be the only option?
