Products disappearing

    Are there any wines currently tagged with “France” or “Champagne”?

    I am using verison 3.2.2

    yes there are products that are under both tags.
    The product list still disapears after I select and then unselect any tag.
    Sorry for the problems hope I’m not causing too much hassle and thanks for the help.

    Hello,

    I’ve managed to get the Champagne tag working when I remove the product ‘Moet & Chandon NV’I tried deleting this product and adding a new product with all the same details but to no avail the problem persists. Could you think of any possible reason for this? Thanks again for your help

    Are there any special characters in any of your product names such as “&” or ” ‘ ” ? It is possible that certain characters such as quotations or symbols may be interfering with filter calls. Could you try modifying those products to see if this fixes the issue?

    When using special characters, it is best to use escape codes to ensure they are properly displayed:

    Instead of “Moet & Chandon”, try Moet & Chandon

    That is, try “Moet & # 3 8 ; Chandon”, without spaces. The initial input was escaped in this case. (the code for & = &# 38; as you can see in the link above)
