Products disappeared from the front end

So, after the upgrade I only get this message in the main shop page:
No products were found matching your selection.
No products is visible. https://www.nctechimaging.com/shop/
The direct links to the products work fine though.

I have both theme and wordpress updated to latest versions. No caching plugin.

Also have a ticket in woothemes queue since 3 days now with no reply….
