    Please help me with the following issue:
    In the filter mode ‘Recent Products’ of Woo Product Grid, the sold products are no longer displayed in the store, although they are listed in stock, are visible in search, and are counted in the respective category (in the attached link, 3 products are displayed, although the category count shows there to be 4 products, including the one sold). The only way the sold products are visible again is if I switch to ‘Manual Selection’ filter mode.
    I have checked compatibility with the other plugins (the problem persists even if I deactivate ALL the plugins except for Elementor Pro and WooCommerce), and all plugins and the theme are up to date.

    I hope you are doing well. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have just tried to add the EA Woo Product Grid widget and choose the “Recent Products” option; it shows all the products that I have on my store if I just increase my “product count” option. Please see the screencast here: https://d.pr/v/u1Ovzz

    Could you please verify whether increasing the “product count” option resolves the problem or not?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your prompt response. I have been using this plugin for about 2 years and haven’t had this problem until recently, when I noticed that products that were purchased were disappearing from the store, even though they were still in stock and searchable. In the “Products count” section, nothing has ever been filled in, so the number of products displayed is not limited.
    I also mention that in edit mode all the products are shown with no problems.

    Recently, I also implemented payment through PayPal, but I don’t know if there is any connection between these two events.

    Thank you for sharing the JSON file. I have imported this on my site, increasing the “Product count not” and selecting the categories that show all the products.

    Can you please also do that and check if that resolves the issue or not?
    Also, if you are using any caching plugin,please clear your cache and then temporarily deactivate the caching plugin. After that, to clear the page cache, press cmd/ctrl + Shift + R all together and check.
