products category inactive

Hi,

same here, got my categories but when I click on it, I can’t see the categories or the products in it.

Waiting for an answer here, can’t find the solution.

Thank you. Taking a look at the site, the only thing I see at the bottom of the homepage is the section pictured below (under the list of products), so I believe this is what you were referring to:

It appears that has been added as a media gallery widget, and clicking on the images links to the page for the given image (though clicking the title doesn’t do anything).

A media gallery just displays images, not products. If you wanted them to be treated as products, I’d recommend adding them to the page using either a shortcode:
