    We had 3 customers (not at the same time – interval of months) who had this problem wherein the url that was on their email points to our staging site vs our live site.

    Hi @anidem,

    Thank you for sharing the URL of your live and staging website.

    I have abandoned a cart on your site (https://realestateschoolchicago.com/) as a guest user. I will try to replicate this mentioned issue once I receive the abandoned cart email after the email template time has been passed. And will let you know the result.

    Can you please provide us with the HTML code of your active email template from “Text” mode of the email template? So that we will check the code and see if there is any mistake.

    If you do not want to provide the HTML code here on the WordPress forum then you can email us on support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com with the code.

    Hi,

    Chetna here, Priyanka is on the leave so I am handing support related Abandoned Cart plugin.

    I have abandoned a cart as a guest user on your live site https://realestateschoolchicago.com/ and received an abandoned cart reminder email. I have clicked on the Product Name from abandoned cart reminder email and it redirects to me to the live site, not to the staging site.

    This is really strange that the link which is generating from our plugin was redirected to the staging site even though the cart was abandoned on live site. We retrieve the WordPress site URL which is set in General Options.

    Can you please let me know whether this issue is coming for the registered user or guest user?

    As I have mentioned in my previous response, we tried to replicate this issue as a guest user on your live site but we are not able to replicate this issue.

    Can you please forward us that abandoned cart reminder email in which the cart link is redirected to your staging site instead of your live site?

    Please let us know so that we will replicate the issue on your site.
