products assigned to certain users?

I want to be able to allow everyone to shop the regular store but also want to be able to assign certain products that are only seen by certain customers when they are logged in.

The admin can assign these products to a certain category assigned to a certain customer. That customer logs in and sees this and can quickly go down the list of products that they order frequently add the amounts they want of each product then add to cart and checkout.

Is this possible with Woo Commerce?
