    Hello,

    I’m creating a multilingual (FR / EN) website where a wooCommerce store displays different items.

    I created 2 categories (brands A and B for example), and each one has its own Products.

    From my Menu, I can access my categories, pages on which I can clearly see my 2 products. (this confirms that my Products have the “Visible” flag)

    Problem: From the category page, if I click on my product to open it, I have an empty page. (no 404 error, just a page where I have my header and my footer, but nothing else) – but if I click on ‘Quick preview’, it displays as expected.

    I suspect a problem with the configuration of the WPML plugin (multilingual management) and / or Permalinks (and their translation by WPML, therefore) with wooCommerce and / or issue with a YoastSEO setting, at the level of these Product pages.

    My settings may be affected by the problem:
    – Product categories prefix: cat (so my category pages are at: mysite.com/cat/brand-a)
    – Product permalinks: Custom base: /product/ (so my Product pages should be at: mysite.com/product/product-01/ a priori, right?)

    Do you have an idea ?

    Thank you for reaching out to WPML Support!

    It may be a bit difficult to identify your problem and assist you effectively without being able to see the issue or recreate it!

    I suspect a compatibility issue too. The easiest way to try to identify the incompatibility is to:
    – deactivate all plugins other than WPML and WooCommerce, then activate the other plugins one by one
    – switch the theme to TwentyTwenty

    If you don’t find anything, please open a ticket in our Support Forums where we may ask for a Duplicator or other backup of your website so we can take a closer look!

    Hello Izzi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I just tested to activate the TwentyTwenty theme and if I do so, my Product displays as expected !

    OK so it’s an issue coming from my PORTO theme.

    Awesome!

    We have had issues with Porto in the past and I can see it is still not officially compatible with WPML.

    You can find all our compatible plugins and themes here:

    If you must use Porto, you can try reaching out to their support team. If that fails, feel free to open a ticket in our forums. We will try to provide a workaround, but won’t be able to guaranty a resolution for incompatible themes.
