    Hi,
    after a few problems I got the connection work from WC to facebook.
    But there is only on product in my catalouge and the others (simple and variations) are not getting synced.
    I activated the logs and there is only one request with an item update with this one product.
    I’ve also tried to reconnect a few times but also with no success.
    Does anybody has an idea or can I see the json feed anywhere?

    Sorry to see you’re having some trouble with Facebook for WooCommerce when syncing products.

    I’d first recommend taking a look here to ensure none of these apply to the issue you’re seeing: Facebook for WooCommerce: Frequently Asked Questions

    If not, since you’ve already attempted to reconnect the plugin without success I’d like to get a look at what else is running on the site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    I can’t some products in our too. The sync is working overall and I checked for capital letters, in stock option and to disconnected everything. What happens if I “delete producst on Facebook” in the tap Facebook Product Sync? Can I Sync it afterwards again?

    Could you share a screenshot with what you are seeing? In general you can remove products on facebook and then resync them from your WooCommerce store to send them again.

    I checked for capital letters, in stock and the sync. The product is published and from included in the catalogue.

    I copied the pruduct “Muli Muskel” and it didn’t work as well. I copied a different product and renamed it to “Muli Muskel Test” which worked. Afterwards I changed the Name to “Muli Muskel” and it didn’t work again.

    Is it possible that the name is the problem?

    Hi @mycargobike,

    Do you mean the product did not display on your Facebook shop, or it did not sync to the Facebook catalog at all with the name “Muli Muskel”?

    Additionally, please provide the screenshot requested above by Con.
