I’ve updated woocommerce and now the products are not displayed in any of the several category pages we have. Does anyone know what’s wrong?
From what I understand, you’re experiencing issues with your WooCommerce products not displaying on your category pages after an update.
Let’s dig a little deeper to find out what’s causing this. Could you please share your site’s System Status with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
And finally, if there are any fatal error logs, could you share those with us too? You’ll find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
