Products are not availble

  • I have started RESTRICT CONTENT recently. It has worked until now. People sign up but cannot order the membership products. I tried myself and although I am a member I cannot buy the products. What has gone wrong here?

    I have now deactivated the plug-in, while waiting for your reply. I would be happy to solve this so I can keep this plug-in.

    To summarize: The plug-in has worked until last week. Then all of a sudden some customers (including myself, when testing) could no longer add the products as before. It was as if they wasn’t members, but they were. What should I look for to change?

    I activated the plugin again today. Although I am a member, I cannot buy the specific products for members.

    Any idea? This worked apx a week ago and for no readon I am aware of, it stopped working.

    Do you know, or should I look for another plug-in? This is a vital function for my shop.

    Ok, I found out what the problem is. It is when customer chooses MANUAL PAYMENT. I have to activate it.

    Is it possible to choose that it is automatically activated?
