Products are missing on the shop page

On my shop page, the products frequently disappear. To fix this issue, I switch the shop page to a test page, clear the cache, and then save the permalinks. After doing this, the products reappear. However, I am unsure about the underlying cause of these issues or how to properly resolve them.
