    Hello,

    first of all thank you very much for that great user-friendly plug-in and your super support! I really appreciate that ??

    I know it has not much to do with the plug-in, but somehow I always get the same errors on “add to cart” and “view content” events:

    I have set the same pixel with my cataloge and all my products are shown on my facebook business manager in the cataolges.
    The IDS are:
    wc_post_id_515
    wc_post_id_523
    wc_post_id_522

    I have also read your aticle:

    So do, and if so, what do i need to fill in into the content_id prefix and the content_id suffix? Or how can I fix this and set the right ID and tags?

    PS: Just for your info, it seems that the pixel is still tracking somehow all events correctly, ebenthough i get the “warning”:

    It shows tho, my AddToCart has no paramater?
    How and where can i fix this?

    Hi,

    It looks like you need to add “wc_post_id_” in the prefix field. Give it a go and see if it works.

    As for your second message, I am not sure what you mean. Give me more info and I’ll try to answer it.

    1. SOLVED! just for my info and the future: I have used pretty evrything standard, so it seems with all woocomerce shops you have to add: “wc_post_id_” right? I never add the wc_post_id by myself, so i guess it has to be automatically.

    2. What i mean is the following:

    It seems that the code for add to cart uses the value of 0.00 USD, I would like to change that to a EURO amount higher then 0, so I can have valide numbers for my regarting ads on facebook. Is it possible to change that with PixelYourSite?

    1. Regarding the ID, it depends on how you upload your products into the Facebook Product Catalog. So not all shops will have that particular format.

    If you use Facebook for WooCommerce, the solution is different than the one I suggested: we have a dedicated integration with them, and there is an option to use their ID logic. You can find it on our WooCommerce tab.

    If you use something else, like a feed, keep the previously suggested settings.

    2. Regarding the AddToCart value, there is an option to turn it ON: open our WooCommerce tab, click on “Track add to cart”, turn ON “Tracking Value” and save the new settings. The event will use the product price as value, and will also track the currency value from your store settings.
