Products and testimonials have disappeared from left sidebar after search

  • I am using Relevanssi – A Better Search plugin in left sidebar of a eCommerce website. There are some images, products and testimonial in the left sidebar. After any search operation the products and testimonials have disappeared from left sidebar. For other pages they appear again. Please give me a solution.

    How are those products and testimonials added to the sidebar?

    I have added testimonial widget for testimonials and YITH shortcode (single product) for products.

    Relevanssi shouldn’t affect widgets in any way. I would investigate your theme search results template – is it set to show the widgets as usual? Also, if you disable Relevanssi, do the widgets appear?
