    Hello
    It says. Last sync completed.
    0 contacts, 0 orders. 1 coupon. 130 products.
Anything I can do to force resync? I dont see errors in the log.

    Hey there,

To help us get started with providing support, could you Enable support found on the Advanced tab of the plugin? (Screenshot: https://loom.com/i/1c339932f1744acd8cead147009bdfbd)

Also could you let us know the store URL? We’ll be able to take a look.

It’s also worth noting that on initial sync only orders that are in completed status initial sync over to Mailchimp.

In our next release we’ll bring back the option to be able to force a resync and will update this thread when done so.

    Thanks for your answer.
I enabled the support in the plugin.
    The url is https://ferrensbsas.com/

Ok.. the website has 873 orders.. 582 processing.. the rest are pending, cancelled or failed. The owner never changed the status to complete. Could that be the reason?
Although today I realized 2 contacts are synced.. Maybe new people trying to buy.

I will wait for your update. Thanks!

I finally changed the status of the orders to “completed” and they started to sync with Mailchimp. So that was the reason! This means that any orders without the “completed” status are not being synced.

Does this issue occur only with the initial sync? Could you please explain which orders are synced and under what conditions?

    Thanks for your help.

P.S. Yes, it would be great to have a “force resync” option.

@walpap yes the initial sync ( or even a resync ) works the same way where it will only sync the completed orders. It can be fixed by updating the statuses as you’ve mentioned, and moving forward you’ll see live activity happen as well without the need to resync anything.
