Product's Amazon Affiliate Link Isn't Working

I don’t know what you mean by “pretty permalinks.” How do I verify if they’re enabled?

Please check in the settings menu, under “Options”, “SEO Options”. Try to disable the pretty permalinks and then try again with the affiliate product links. Which version of the catalogue are you currently using ?

I’m using the most recent. I downloaded the plugin yesterday. I will verify the pretty permalinks now and let you know. Give me a few secs.

I’m really confused because I don’t have an “Options” menu under Settings.

Hi Letatr,

First click on “Product Catalogue” in the sidebar of the admin area, then there should be a tab labelled “Options”. That’s where you should find the “SEO options” area, and you should be able to set “Pretty Permalinks” to “No” from there.

Hi, thank you for the instructions. However the “pretty permalinks” were already set to “no.” However the product links still aren’t working. What else should I do?

For some reason the products are located at the bottom of the page, but if you click on any of them, you will see that you’ll be directed to a “404 error page.”

What do you have in the “Link” filed for the book “Indecent Vows”, for example?

If a user clicks on a product, they are supposed to be directed to the amazon page associated with the link above, but instead they are encountering an error.
