    Hi guys,

    I can’t add any products to cart or delete any products from the cart anymore. I already did the update of the woocommerce plug in but it didn’t work before nor after.

    Can anyone of you help?

    Hi @juliano189

    I checked your site to see if I could spot anything, but since it’s not in my language I got a bit lost.

    It’s possible that this issue may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default?theme, such as Storefront.
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    – Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
    – Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

    Hi Senff,

    thanks a lot for the quick reply. In the lower left corner you can change the language to English.

    I will do the recommended steps now but would also highly appreciate if you could take a look with English language.

    Alright, I changed the Theme and afterwards I changed back and now it’s working again. Thanks a lot for you help!!

    Thank you, I missed that language switch.

    I tried this on your site, but I don’t see any issues. I’m able to add a product to my cart by going to https://silkroad-club.com/zh/shop/ and then select a button under a product, and then when I go to https://silkroad-club.com/zh/%e8%b4%ad%e7%89%a9%e8%bd%a6/ I am also able to remove it again from the cart.

    If you’re still seeing this issue, have you tried it in various browsers?

    Hi @senff
    the problem came back again. I do now know the problem: My website is available in three languages (German as main language, English, Chinese). I can add and delete products to the cart in English and Chinese but not in German language. I use the tool translate press.
    Do you have any idea how to solve the issue? I already contacted the devs of the tool.

    Hi @juliano189. I’m not seeing a way to switch languages to test this on your site.

    Were you able to resolve this issue with the help of TranslatePress or find out any useful information?
