products act like hidden even if visible

    Hi guys, I’ve a strange problem with my woocommerce:
    I use WP All Import to sync store products with a CRM and all works fine except for products where I update the stock: those products doesn’t appear in the catalog and in the search even if in every product the status is not updated or forcely updated to “visible” by All Import.

    If i go in the product manager and change it in hidden then i put it visible again the store shows the product rightly.

    I’ve tried to export an xml file of the product before and after this move, but it looks identical.

    Someone has any idea?

  • I had this same issue and I noticed it was the products that went out of stock and when I put them back in inventory they wouldn’t show up on the shop page. Would like a resolution for this besides manually changing to hidden then visible again.

    @proxyninja do you also use something like WP All Import to manage stock or it doesn’t work even if you manage stock manually?

    Hi!

    Are you able to compare an entry in the database that is working against one that is not? The import may not be importing all the data correctly.
