Productpage stars not clickable (autoscroll)

    Hello,
    when the user clicks on the stars it should scroll down to the reviews tabs. Autoscroll doesnt work though, cause the IDs are not correct.
    ID of the stars: #trustedshops-productreviews-sticker-wrapper
    ID of the productreviews tab: #tab-trusted_shops_reviews
    So the ID do not match. Is there a possibility to correct this?

    PS: Settings are: ‘scrollToReviews’ : ‘true’

    Hi there,

    the actual issue here is, that the reviews are not visible by default, e.g. only after switching to the actual tab – that’s probably why the scrolling does not work. You would need to integrate a custom JS-script to make that work. Please consult the Trusted Shops support for additional information.
