Production site has PRIVACY ERROR after installing/deleting the plugin

Hi, my site is https://sfcaresforkids.org/ we are using wpengine in developing the site. We decided to use this plugin because the site status is unsecured, after installing the plugin and pushing it to production site we had this issue
“PRICACY ERROR”..
We tried uninstalling the plugin and deleting it but it didn’t do anything.
Please help!
