production and staging URLs are swapped – how can I fix?

It appears that our Jetpack installation has potentially swapped what it thinks are our production and staging URLs. This is likely due to how one of the staging set error messages was dismissed on our end.
How can I swap them back? This is affecting our post indexing and related posts functionality on our production site.
I have submitted a request to Jetpack support a couple of days ago, but haven’t heard back.
