    Hi all,
I’ve a problem with the price of variable product on cart view.
The price remains the same and does not take the product price with the price change.
Calculate the subtotal, however, it is accurate and even at the end, the order is accurate as well as the press
    Any idea about this?
    Thanks

    Giovanni

  • Some themes have their own template for this page. Does the same issue occur if you try the default theme? Please post the url for your site.

Yes I’ve tried with the store-front theme (default woocommerce) but the same issue occur.
    This is the link https://www.shopinthebox.biz/en/shop/
The site is under construction and in developer mode – nothing is sell yet ??

I’ve been looking at sock 1:

I note the SKU for each variation is the same. My understanding is that if the price is different then the SKUs must be unique. Suggest giving each Sock 1 variation a unique SKU and see if that fixes the problem for that product.

I can’t say that that’s the problem but its unusual.

Nothing, I had tried yet with another product but the same issue occur.

The SKUs are still all the same. Consider deleting all cached items and deactivating W3 Total Cache. Does that fix the problem? Even if not, leave it deactivated until the problem is fixed.

Cart and checkout pages always have to be excluded from caching anyway.

The sku is the same but this is irrelevant because I also tried changing sku but nothing changes
I’ve deactivated also the plugin W3TC but the same issue occur ??

Check for a plugin conflict. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins. If that fixes the problem, reactivate one by one and test to try to identify the one that is causing the problem.

Yes the problem is a plugin that integrate polylang with woocommerce but unfortunately this plugin is not upgraded with new WC 2.5.x so I decide to divide the product with price variations
