Product weight does not update

No there is no cache, but did you used any hooks or filters to override the weight for shipping label ?

Hey, how can I check that? I don’t think I have done that. I just have installed the plugin, set everything up and it worked out of the box.

Did you check the package weight inside the order settings ?

Ah ok, no I did not change anything like that. No additional code was added.

The package weight inside the order settings is also already wrong. E.g. I have an order with only one product, which has a weight of “0,005” set in the product shipping settings. In the order settings the estimated weight is still “0.01” (the old weight).

is it an old order? if the order created before you edited the weight, the old shipment weight will be saved if you did any change in the order (by updating it to tried to create label before)

But if its a new order and created after you edited the weight, check :
Settings> Shipping > DHL Paket > Shipping Label Settings > Additional Weight (kg or %)
and make sure its 0
