Product Variations/Drop down

Hello.
I would like to add drop down choices for my products. I sell syrup, so I need different grade options, but I also sell t-shirts, so I need color and sizing options. I’ve read through several threads, but either links to tutorials are broken or it just doesn’t answer the question and the thread ends. I’m new at this, and I’ve been working super hard on the site….this is my final hurdle, (well, for now), and I’d like to make it so that my customers don’t have to call or email me with color, sizing and grade choices.
