    Hello,

    I seem to be having trouble displaying the variable products in my Instagram shop. They are syncing, and in the Catalogue manager it has a green indicator, but it just doesn’t show in the shop.

    The variable product shows the following:
    – The item name, # of variants, availability is “—“, price is “—“, content ID is “—”

    — For a variant, it shows the item name, variant shows correctly (e.g. 18″, Duck Feather Filling), Availability is “in stock”, price is showing correctly, content ID showing correctly (e.g. “cushion-paris-filling-18_1823”)

    There’s no green indicator on each variant, but just on the variable product itself. Is there something I’m missing to display variable products?

    Hi @kibria4,

    While this plugin will allow you to sync products to your Facebook catalog, there is not currently any built-in integration with Instagram. With that being said, it is still possible to sync your products from Facebook to Instagram, though this process is not related to this plugin.

    Since it sounds like these products are being synced correctly to Facebook, it sounds like there may be an issue between Facebook and Instagram. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to the Facebook team for further assistance in troubleshooting this.
