Product Variations

Hello,
I have a product that has 3 attributes:
1) 11 various colors for a top color (some different from bottom)
2) 11 various colors for a bottom color (some different from top)
3) With Tube or Without TubeThe #1 and #2 attributes do not have a price variance, but the #3 option does.
When I use the “link variances”, there are too many variances and it gets bogged down. I’ve gone through 50, then 50 more, several times and never seem to get completed. Even it did get all the variances, I would need to manually go over all the combinations and change the price for the #3 attribute. I think there must be a better way.(?)
Since my #1 and #2 attributes do not change the price, is there a better way program this?
By the way, I did purchase the Woocommerce “Product Ad Ons” as well.
