And more: is this the question if I changed the permalinks and the caused the error by this? Or is it: change the permalinks to solve it? And if the latter: to what should I change the permalinks to make it work?

thanks for guiding. Indeed checking deeper it seems it’s a plugin named ProductX that’s reponsible for this.
