Product variation fields are not getting filled

    Hello, I am using this plugin to create product feed for Google shopping Ads. I have a lot of apparel products with variations. As per the new rules by google shopping gender,color,age of the apparel product should be listed in the field. I have made the appropriate attributes and mapped the fields in the category mapping section.

    But whenever i make the feed, the products with attribute “size and color” have all the values of the particular attribute. For example

    Product variation 1
    age: adult
    color: red |blue |green
    size: s|m|l|xl

    Product variation 2
    age: adult
    color: red |blue |green
    size: s|m|l|xl

    Instead of
    Product variation 1
    age: adult
    color: red
    size: s

    Product variation 2
    age: adult
    color: blue
    size: m
    As per google shopping guidelines

    And there is issue with category mapping as well
    Whenever i try to map google categories with the categories on my store.For some of the products all the fields get mapped for other they get missing.

    I am trying to figure out these issue form the past , as all of my product in the feed are getting disapproved .
    note: size, gender, age are custom attributes.
    Please help.

    I am getting this message
    “Your message wasn’t delivered to [email protected] because the domain adribes.io couldn’t be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.”

    When i am trying to send it to your support email .

    Because you forgot the T.

    You have mapped the color and size fields to your attribute_sizes and attribute_colors attributes. Those attributes are filled for your simple products but not for your variation products. Are you sure you are using the exact same atttribute for this for simple and variation products?

    The problem is only occurring on variation product .
    The link of the product feed is currently i am using. I have sent you on your previous mail.
    On that feed product id no 3759 and its variation are having this issue. Other products in its category are being mapped correctly.
    And for attribute_sizes and attribute_colors attributes
    In attribute mapping its showing custom attributes like “colors” and “sizes”,”attribute_sizes and attribute_colors attributes ”
    I have used “colors” and “sizes” label for the custom attributes for the product. But when i use it for mapping the results are worst.
    But now i am using “attribute_sizes and attribute_colors attributes “, the feed generate by using them has quite good result.

    if you like it can give to temporary access to my wordpress installation to get the issues fixed.
