Product variation description

    I am using the plugin on a POD woocomerce website. When synchronizing the POD service adds automatically the color and size of the product in the variation description field, Ex: Red, 25cm. Because of that, in my Pinterest account, all my published items use the variation description as product description. Is there an option to overwrite this and use the short or long main product description instead for all variations? I do not want to delete the variation description since it also shows in cart and checkout and helps my customers remember what they purchased. Can this be done?

    I understand your need to use the short or long main product description instead, while still maintaining the variation description for your customers’ reference during checkout. Currently, there isn’t a built-in option in the plugin to overwrite this setting.

    That being said, this could potentially be achieved with some custom code. Please note that custom code falls outside our scope of support and we recommend reaching out to a developer for this task. The developer would need to create a function that hooks into the data being sent to Pinterest and replaces the variation description with the main product description.
