Product Variables Missing

    Hello,

    I have created a New product feed for my Google Ads but when I open the XML file and also the Product list in Google Ads I can see that all products are generated but there are no variables (and this is most important thing for my shop).

    What should I provide here, so you guys can help me? ??

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. A complete tutorial on how to create a product feed for Google Shopping can be found here: https://adtribes.io/setting-up-your-first-google-shopping-product-feed/

    The option you most likely forgot to enable is the “Include product variations”. You need to enable it otherwise only the simple products will make it to the feed.

    When you have also enabled the option “Only include default product variant” then you need to make sure you have set default variants for each variable product. See: https://adtribes.io/how-to-add-only-one-product-variation-to-your-product-feed/

    Hi Eva,

    Thanks for quick reply.
    I had Include product variations enabled and Only include default product variation.
    Now I disabled the second option so now should I be able to get all variations?

    Will the product feed update automatically or should I do something in Google Ads panel?

    Hi,

    When you did not set default variants for your variable products that disabling the second option will indeed result in all variants being shown again in your feed.

    When you want the changes to be reflected in your feed immediately you need run a manual update of your product feed. Once you did you also need to refetch and reprocess the updated product feed from within Google’s merchant center.

    Ok so I refreshed the feed by clicking on the small icon “Refresh” but when I download the XML file I see there’s no changes ??

    Most likely your cache. Make sure to clear the cache of your browser (or check in incognito mode) or any caching plugin you are running.

    Hi!
    A try to generate google ads feed with variable product, i enable the variable products but the feed not generated (0%). The system check all true.
    So, I setting my prducts variation in the webshop not generated all variation just one and this options setting anything value. This is a problem ornot?
