In the link above you can see the atributes are duplicating but when i try to delete the duplicate the other gets deleted as well.

Try another theme. Your’s may be changing this.

I found another issue of this in our ticketing system and can confirm that that user also has this override: shopkeeper/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php in place.

I’m having the same problem. Variations are all duplicated after updating to latest version.
Anyone have the solution please?

I noticed in the link you posted that there are no duplicates: https://cld.wthms.co/1gB2A/1Velcbcs. Were you able to track down the problem? I’ve tried replicating this on my demo sites, but haven’t been able to do so.

@swarit, try switching to a default theme and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce. Be sure to clear your cache and transients and then test again.
