    Hello,

Product url generated by {{product_link}} is incorrect when wordpress is installed on a subdirectory.

    Example:

Let’s say the wordpress files are installed in a subdirectory. I have something like the following in general settings on wordpress:

    WordPress Address (URL)
    https://website.com/subdirectory

    Site Address (URL)
    https://website.com

In this scenario, the subdirectory should only by used for wordpress installation files, therefore, products do not include the “/subdirectory/” on the url:

    https://website.com/shop/watches/example-watch-product

However, your plugin is not removing the subdirectory from the url when being generated by the {{product_link}} shortcode and is showing something like this:

    https://website.com/subdirectory/shop/watches/example-watch-product

Since the real product url does not include the “/subdirectory/”, this of course results in a 404 page problem.

Please add support for websites that have the wordpress files installed on a subdirectory but the site address is still without it.

    Best regards,

    Hi @revowebsites,

    Thank you for your feedback,

After reviewing your feedback, we suppose that the issue is caused by the excess of the /subdirectory path in your absolute path.

Could you please help log in to your Beeketing profile to check again or give us some more information so we could help you further? If possible, we are happy to receive your email to [email protected] so our Customer Success team could contact and support you better.

    Many thanks,
